Bognet, Inc. was founded in May of 1969 with the company's primary focus being residential plumbing and heating projects. Within a year we were successfully completing commercial plumbing and HVAC projects. By 1973, Bognet Inc. began completing industrial mechanical projects on a much larger scale. In 1974, James G. Bognet P.E. joined his brother, Rocco, at Bognet Inc. to form the management team that lasted for 29 years. Rocco retired in 2003 and James is now President and the company has continued operations as usual.

Bognet Inc. occupies a 20,000 square foot facility which includes a 4000 square foot retail store. Our retail outlet offers a wide variety of products including pipe fittings, Hilti power tools along with other power tools and various hardware supplies.  This facility, located on five acres of land on Route 924 in Humboldt adjacent to the Humboldt Industrial Park, remains Bognet Inc.'s current location.

During the latter part of the 1970's, general construction projects were added to our already impressive resume.  Throughout the 1980's and 1990's, Bognet Inc. continued to expand requiring additional project managers and estimators.  Currently, we employ four project managers/estimators who are supported by an office staff of four.
